COVID-19 UPDATES

We are dedicated to providing a safe environment for you throughout your stay and are staying apprised of CDC updates and policies as they are released. We have made accommodations to assist our guests with all needed COVID testing based on the most recent CDC recommendations of testing no more than 3 days prior to travel.

Our wonderful property manager Esther will guide you through all necessary protocols and any testing necessary for a safe stay and safe travel while you are at the villa.

“To reduce introduction and spread of new variants of SARS-CoV-2, CDC issued an Order effective January 26, 2021. It requires all air passengers arriving to the US from a foreign country to get tested for COVID-19 infection no more than 3 days before their flight departs and to provide proof of the negative result or documentation of having recovered from COVID-19 to the airline before boarding the flight. My entire staff has had their first vaccine with the second to be administered no later than September 15. Some are fully vaccinated.  All Villa staff is required to wear masks while working on the property and will maintain the appropriate distancing required for your safety and theirs. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings while interacting with staff as well. In addition, we hired a private transportation company to take our staff to and from their homes. Our villa has always been a spotless environment but we enhanced our cleanliness throughout with readily available sanitizers additional sets of sheets and towels. Lastly, we have strict guidelines on temperature checking for each staff member and outside maintenance personnel.

One of the luxuries we have at our villa is that we can offer an all-encompassing, secluded experience for you if that’s what you desire. You can enjoy a little piece of paradise without crowds or the need to interact with other guests so we do not run into many of the challenges that large hotel chains face.
