Your stay includes the preparation of two “family-style” meals daily.

Our team is eager to make your vacation incredible, one that you will remember long after you have returned home. An integral part of the stay will, of course, be your meals. 

Included in your rate is the preparation and service of two “family-style” meals daily. The cost of food and drinks will be billed separately. To give you an idea of the types of meals our guests have enjoyed, we’ve prepared some sample menus for you to explore.

It is by no means exhaustive, so if you would like something else, just ask, and if it is possible, we will gladly help.

  • Vegetables and fruit are seasonal and always freshly sourced.

  • You can be assured that all the water and ice are purified, and the vegetables and fruits have been rinsed in an anti-bacterial solution and purified water for your safety.

  • If you have any special dietary requirements or preferences, please be sure to tell the chef in advance.

  • If you would like a third meal added to your stay, there is a $10 per person charge. Please pay our chef directly.

Before your stay, our manager will reach out for a shopping list for you and your guests. This will allow time to shop and prepare the meals. You will be expected to reimburse the staff for groceries at the end of each week. See our FAQs for more details.
