Praise for the Staff at Villa Encanto

“Hola. I recently returned from a fun-filled fantasy week at Villa Encanto. We were 12 people. I feel I can speak for everyone when I praise the entire staff for all the hard work they did all day every day. It was absolutely perfection. I personally spoke to several of the staff every day, greeting them, praising them, thanking them, and trying to make certain they understood how grateful we were each and every day.
It all began on Saturday, December 16, at about 4pm, when we ascended upon the property and were greeted by none other than the FABULOUS VICTOR with pure fresh margaritas, homemade guacamole, several salsas and homemade tortilla chips made in coconut oil. That was just the beginning of what was to come for at least three meals a day every day for seven days.
Victor, Lorena, Linda, Liseht, Melani, Francisco and our QUEEN, ESTHER!! We were so doted upon with smiles and politeness always. Nothing we asked or asked for was denied. I happened to be the first one up every morning and took the same chair in the living area with my morning coffee. They greeted me and even put out a white and blue coffee mug which I happened to choose from the cupboard over the other cups they set out each day. They noticed that and there was the morning cup for the rest of the trip. The choice of menu and quality of food was bar none and each day we raved how great it was. The unique desserts were better than any restaurant we could have chosen. Our rooms and bathrooms were cleaned and organized daily with clean-up and fresh towels. The living areas were spotless and dishes were cleaned from the night before. I could go on and on and on. I hope we gave them proper respect and valued each and every one.
We could not have completed anything without the help of Esther. She was calm, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and absolutely dedicated to the owner, the staff and the property. I can't think of any other vacation where so many people agreed how great this place was. So much to do, or do NOTHING AT ALL. Praise praise, thank you thank you. Incredible Week of Reconnecting

“What a wonderful family vacation we had at Villa Encanto. It was an opportunity for everyone to reconnect and for the young cousins to really get to know one another.
The landscaping, flora and fauna was absolutely beautiful and so well maintained—we are all love gardening and have lovely landscaped yards so we really appreciated yours.
What we loved most was the spaciousness of your place—everyone had a spot to find solitude if they wanted when the togetherness got to be too much!
The front patio was a favorite place for lingering morning coffees, whale/dolphin watching, evening cocktails with fabulous sunsets, and late-night heart-to-heart conversations.
It was all very magical but I have to say the surprise visit from the Mariachis topped everything, that was our 50th anniversary celebration evening with much dancing, laughter, tears and speeches and maybe too many margaritas!
Thanks to Esther for organizing everything and everything else she does to keep things running smoothly.
Your staff is exceptional; they were friendly with a good sense of humor, efficient, professional, experienced, and hard-working.
A huge thank you to all of them for pampering/spoiling us and tolerating our attempts at speaking Spanish!”
Perfect for a Family Reunion

“We had a group of 17, including three children under ten. The Villa was amazing! We were all blown away by the beautiful location and the pristine condition of the house. It was clean, and the bedrooms were perfect for our group. We also used the casita in the back, and it was awesome.
Being able to wake up and go right to the front patio to view the beach was amazing. We loved every minute of it. Esther was extremely helpful and answered our questions before and during the trip. The staff was great they were very helpful and made the best meals and drinks for us. Special shout out to Patricia and Isaac. Patricia made delicious dinners and desserts. (The Key Lime pie is a must) and Isaac always made sure we had our favorite drinks made for dinner.
We all agreed we would not stay in a resort again, and if we had the chance to recreate our family vacation in a couple of years, we would book in again in a second!”

“This house and property were absolutely amazing. Everything was exactly how it was described on this site from the stunning views to the gorgeous home. The staff makes you feel as if you are at a luxury resort, although still having the privacy of a home. Esther, the property manager, stopped by a few times to make sure everything was going smoothly and she also helped us plan our outings and transportation. The drinks and food were incredible. We were a large multi-generational group of 22 people & the home did not feel crowded at all. The wonderful outdoor spaces of the pool, patio, and beach area were awesome. The entire group commented it was one of the best houses we have rented & we will definitely be back. The location is great too, as you can walk into the cute little town of Bucerias. I highly recommend this property.”

“I’ve had the pleasure of staying three times at Villa Encanto. Tim, Esther, Patti and staff know how to take care of your every need. This is a “Hidden Diamond” and the accommodations are first class. The food is fantastic and so are the sunsets!”

“Best vacation ever! We were a group of 10 women and 2 men. Some of us knew each other and others we didn't...but by the end of our week, we were all good buddies. The villa is 5-star in every way. Great location on the beach with a massage tent steps from the property. Had 5 massages for $10 each and gave the therapists $5 tips. What a treat!!
The food was excellent and margaritas were outstanding and the staff was very friendly and efficient. After my room was cleaned, I could smell the cleaning agents they used...didn't miss a spot!
The staff was great! Wonderful meals with a Mexican flair, lots of guacamole and chips, and beautiful salads! It was fun sitting around the pool drinking Mexican beer or any other drink we wanted....so intimate having our own private area. I would like to go back every year and hope that I can get my family there next year.”

“We’re on our final day here at your villa and it has been incredible. I had to email you personally and say we have traveled the world and been everywhere your 5 staff members here are BY FAR THE MOST AMAZING STAFF WE HAVE EVER HAD!!! FOOD SERVICE ALL!!!!! Lety, Fredarico, Patricia and the 2 young ladies are FANTASTIC we will be back to visit Villa Encanto again because of them!!! Thanks Tim for opening up your wonderful home.”

“Villa Encanto was perfect for our family of 10 adults & 4 children, ages 9 to 2. Plenty of room for everyone, lovely air-conditioned bedrooms. The pool is wonderful & the front yard was perfect for playing games. The beach patio with private sand & hammocks was enjoyed by all. The staff took such great care of us with delicious breakfast, the best guac, pico de gallo, smoothies & margaritas every afternoon and also delicious supper every night. A quick walk to the village square. The private charter to the fishing village took MUCH longer than expected with several getting seasick, so that wasn’t the best choice for us. We really just loved enjoying the property every day. The water isn’t clear, but it was warm & there were good waves for playing in.”
